The Rooms

The house, of about seventy square meters, is located on the first floor.
Both the house and the entire building were recently renovated.
The furniture of modern and functional, is also new.
Each room is equipped with:

– Full bathroom with shower for the exclusive use (with a hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel),

– Independent air-conditioning Daikin,

– Led TV 32 “,

– Refrigerator (with a complimentary  two liters bottle of mineral water),

– Internet connection is Wifi free up to 20 megs,

– Many lights and electrical outlets for charging your portable electronics,

– Fixtures to thermal and acoustic insulation equipped with mosquito nets,

– Beach set for the summer season (an umbrella and two beach towels).

   

The environments are detailed below:

FIRST ENVIRONMENT.

Bedroom with modern and functional PRIVATE BATH COMPLETE ROOM (shower cm. 70×70, sink with large mirror, bidet, toilet, hairdryer – health Sky), large window on inner courtyard with electronic blinds and mosquito net. Cozy and spacious double bed PADDED cream with back library bridge pleasing aesthetic impact. Furniture tonal modern and functional, with soft colors and relaxing well coordinated to a rustic flooring (Rondine Group) type stone, also of pleasant taste. Complete the furnishings a large wardrobe, a table, a desk ideal for your PC, a practical wall mirror and three comfortable upholstered chairs. Possibility of a third extra single bed. Sunny, private, quiet. Both the house and the entire building were recently renovated.

The breakfast, as a rule, is offered in the house. We reserve the right to offer it at the bar or at the choice of the guest, to enjoy a discount of 10% on its daily rate.

SECOND ENVIRONMENT.

Double / modern and functional PRIVATE BATH COMPLETE ROOM (shower cm. 70×70, sink with large mirror, bidet, toilet, hairdryer – health Heaven), balcony with a large French window to thermal and acoustic insulation Teikos, on the road (silent and private) with electronic blinds and mosquito net. Cozy double bed PADDED sdoppiabile Bellona orthopedic mattress a pleasant strawberry color that creates a pleasant detachment chromatic colors on cream and ivory entire environment. The presence of a large desk nineteenth family memory in turn creates another important deadlift style. Complete the furnishings a large closet, a practical large wall mirror and two comfortable upholstered chairs. All well coordinated to a rustic flooring (Rondine Group) type of stone also pleasing aesthetic impact. Sunny, private, quiet. Both the house and the entire building were recently renovated.

THIRD ENVIRONMENT.

STUDIO with double bed (or twin beds) folding, with kitchenette complete with everything you need for cooking, with adjoining modern and functional PRIVATE BATH COMPLETE USE ONLY, The kitchenette is located in a closed porch with glazed insulated thermal and acoustic Teikos on inner courtyard and a mosquito net.

Basic furniture modern and functional soft colors and relaxing well coordinated to a rustic flooring (Rondine Group) type stone pleasing aesthetic impact. Two extendable tables (each from from 2/4/6) with chairs, simple and functional space with hangers and shelves, large wall mirror. The environment is convertible to stay.

The kitchenette consists of: kitchen gas Regal with four burners and oven, adjacent cabinet, microwave oven Samsung, two-door refrigerator 170 liter freezer Haier, sink 80 cm, dish rack, everything you need for cooking. (Please note that there’s a big Supermarket open every day until 21 to three hundred meters from the hotel, with an excellent quality / price)

This environment is more spartan than the other two but it offers the opportunity and the convenience of having full autonomy in the kitchen and can then organize, when you have the pleasure, meals. The proximity of the Supermarket and full cooking facilities allow you tasty and cheap snacks and, if they decide, to run you the whole day in the privacy of home.

We give the possibility to rent:

– Individually each of the three environments;

– A wing of the house consists of Second and Third Environment (convertible stay) with relative disengagement (up to four people, ideal for couples with children, two couples, two families, etc.);

– The entire structure (up to six people: family, couples, friends etc.).
