WHERE WE ARE

LOCATION
The house is situated in a central location in the district of Genneruxi, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Cagliari, safe and quiet at the border of the district of Monte Urpinu with its beautiful park and the panoramic view point of Viale Europa, St. Benedict with its shops, restaurants, bars and pizzerias as well as close to the beautiful park Molentargius where flamingos nest. Within ten minutes by car, bus or bikeyou ‘ll be to the  beaches of Poetto, Calamosca, Sant’Elia and to the Sella del Diavolo.

You will find us at number 13, first floor, of St. Ananias in Via Cagliari.

The street is small and private, and is a cross street of Via dell’Abbazia (second right for those who follow it downhill, coming for example from the bus stop “Gennari” Metro area and the second left for those who walk uphill Coming for example Axis Defensive scroll and the Airport).

The ideal to have near all that Cagliari can offer you in tourism, business or other needs.
The house is located 100 meters from the bus stop n. 6 on the adjacent via dell’ Abbazia; 400 meters from the Metro Station “Gennari”; 400 metres from the ring road “Asse Mediano di Scorrimento” that in less than 10 minutes ‘ll take you to Poetto Beach, Cagliari Elmas Airport, and ‘ll connect you fastly to all the roads of the island.

In 3 minutes walking you ‘ll arrive to a great supermarket open every day till h 21 and in 1 minut walking you ”ll be in a Restaurant Pizzeria with one of the best Pizzas in Cagliari!

Whether you arrive in Cagliari by plane, boat or train bus is possible to arrange a shuttle service from the airport, from the port from the railway station or the bus station in Piazza Matteotti ARST directly to our facility: please contact us we will do our best to accommodate.

AIRPORT

2) By FS Train (SUGGESTED) from Airport to Piazza Matteotti (average wait 20 minutes, lasted 6 minutes, cost € 1.25.)

+ CTM bus line 30 or line 31 (30R or 31R on Sunday) direction “Brigata Sassari” (in both cases eight bus stops and ten minutes from ” Matteotti Terminal “to” Dante Metro “€ 1.20)

+ surface tube station from the” Republic “station” Gennari “(one stop, two minutes, € 1.20)

+ 400 meters walk, 5 minutes (you walk the descent of the Via dei Conversi. At the roundabout continue downhill to the left in Via dell’Abbazia. The second street on the right of Via dell’ Abbazia is via Sant’Anania). You find us at n. 13, first floor.

You can buy the ticket of CTM buses at the CTM Box of Piazza Matteotti or at every newspaper shop or Tobaconist. If you buy it on the bus you ‘ll pay it € 0,50 more. We suggest to buy the € 2 ticket good for 2 hours for all CTM buses AND SURFACE TUBE.

2) By Bus from Airport to Piazza Matteotti (every 30 minutes in almost the whole of the day lasted 10 minutes cost € 4) + (as above) CTM bus line 30 or line 31 (in the direction of the Sassari Brigade) Square Piazza Matteotti Republic + surface tube station from the “Republic” station “Gennari” + a 400m walk

BY CAR

If you arrive by car should follow signs Cagliari-Hospital-San Benedetto that take you to Cagliari passing through “Asse Mediano di Scorrimento” (fast road). Take the exit “Genneruxi” that will take you to Via Berlino: you are almost there, we’re just a few hundred meters. Therefore: a) walk across the street to the intersection traffic lights, b) turn left and go on along the Via Lione and Via dei Vittorini, c) the first street on the right is Via Sant ‘Ananias ( one-way): you can find us at n. 13 (just before the intersection with via dell’Abbazia) on the 1st floor.

If you want to park in Via dell’Abbazia (located about 30 meters from the entrance of our house) the path is even simpler: a) walk across the street to the intersection traffic lights of Via Berlino, b) go straight into the gentle slope of Via dell’Abbazia, c) the second street on the left is Via Sant ‘Anania, d) park in Via dell’Abbazia (no entry to Via Sant’Ananias cause it is one way).

FROM THE RAILWAY STATION BY BUS OR ARST of Piazza Matteotti

From the FS Railway Station or  ARST Bus Terminal in Piazza Matteotti: CTM bus line 30 or line 31 direction “Brigata Sassari” (in both cases eight stops and ten minutes from “Matteotti Terminal” to “Dante Metro” € 1.20) + surface tube station from the “Republic” station to  “Gennari” (one stop, two minutes, € 1.20) + 400 meters walk, 5 minutes (you walk down the Via dei Conversi. roundabout continue downhill to the left in Via Abbey. The second street on the right is Via Via Abbey St. Ananias). You find us at n. 13, first floor.

FROM THE PORT OF VIA ROMA

CTM bus line 30 or line 31 (in both cases, six stops and less than ten minutes from “Roma Sanitàl” to “Dante Metro” € 1.20) + surface tube station from the “Republic” station “Gennari” (a one stop, two minutes, € 1.20) + 400 meters walk, 5 minutes (you walk down the Via dei Conversi. At the roundabout, continue downhill to the left in Via Abbey. The second street to the right of Via dell ‘ Abbey Street is St. Ananias). You find us at n. 13, first floor.
